The 2016 NFL Draft is now just days away, and all is right with the world in the minds of American football enthusiasts worldwide. The NFL Draft’s first round is typically laden with enough drama to make a soap opera jealous, and there’s no reason to believe 2016 will be an exception to the trend. With that in mind, here’s a look at 10 bold predictions for the festivities.
10. New York Jets Take QB In First Round
Getty ImagesThe New York Jets and Ryan Fitzpatrick still aren't on the same page, and there's no way the team wants to start Geno Smith or Bryce Petty next season. Thus, don't be surprised if they take someone like Paxton Lynch in the first round.
9. Derrick Henry Selected In First Round

8. Ezekiel Elliott Selected In Top 10
Getty ImagesNo one in the industry has a true feel for where running back Ezekiel Elliott will be selected. I've seen mocks that have him going as high as No. 4 overall to Dallas, and as low as No. 30 overall to Carolina. Expect him to stay in the top 10.

6. Robert Nkemdiche Falls Out Of First Round After Teams Are Scared Away By Red Flags
Getty ImagesRobert Nkemdiche is incredibly talented, but drunkenly falling out of a hotel window, a marijuana arrest, and expressing his desire to buy a panther has turned him into a 'red flag' prospect. As a result, he'll fall out of the first round.
5. Arizona Cardinals Select QB Connor Cook At No. 29 Overall
Getty ImagesCarson Palmer is 36 years old, which means the Arizona Cardinals have no clue who their quarterback will be in 2020. Thus, expect to see them roll the dice on Michigan State QB Connor Cook in the first round, even if it is a bit of a reach.
4. Joey Bosa Falls Out Of Top 10
Getty ImagesOhio State defensive end Joey Bosa was once thought of as a lock top-five pick. Unfortunately, questions about immaturity has hindered his draft stock. Bosa will fall out of the top 10, but stay inside the top 15 as a result.
3. Tennessee Titans Select Laquon Treadwell At No. 15 Overall
Getty ImagesThe Tennessee Titans upgraded their running back corps by trading for DeMarco Murray earlier this offseason, and will address their receiving corps by selecting Laquon Treadwell at No. 15 overall. Marcus Mariota will have no excuses next season.
2. Houston Texans Take Josh Doctson -- Not Corey Coleman -- At No. 22 Overall

1. Jacksonville Jaguars Select Ole Miss OT Laremy Tunsil At No. 5 Overall

Now, it appears as if Tunsil will fall all the way down to No. 5, and the Jacksonville Jaguars will be waiting with open arms to catch him.
