The Colts will believe that they can compete with the best in the AFC, and they will have the opportunity to prove it several times this season. September 18 – Denver Broncos — The Colts travel to Denver to face the Broncos in their second game of the season. A win or loss in this one against the reigning Super Bowl champs could set the tone for the remainder of the year.

October 2 – Jacksonville Jaguars — An AFC South showdown in London, Indianapolis will open their division schedule against the Jaguars. With the Jags quietly improving, do not be surprised if this game is much closer than usual between these two.

October 16 – Houston Texans — On the road in Houston, the Colts will want to get a statement win over their likely lone challenger in the AFC South.

January 1 – Jacksonville Jaguars — It is more than likely that the AFC South comes down to the last game of the season, so it’s no wonder that their home game against Jacksonville will be one of the biggest on their schedule.

November 24 – Pittsburgh Steelers — If healthy, the Steelers are one of the teams to beat in the AFC this upcoming season. Indianapolis would love to get a big home win over a team that they could see in the playoffs.
