While it may not have the compete level of a regular season game, the NHL All-Star Game is almost always worth its weight in entertainment value. As this is the first game in three years - the 2013 lockout and 2014 Olympics cancelled out the game in those respective years - look for the entertainment to be as present as ever. Here are five bold predictions for the game this year.

Despite being named to the game via fan vote and not having an “All-Star” caliber season, the young Latvian will hold his own. Look for a minimum of one goal from the Sabre as he looks to justify his place on the ice.

Suter left Nashville for Minnesota almost three years ago and broke up one of the best defense pairings in the league. While both he and Weber have hit their strides in the last few years, look for the magic they showed in the Music City to be back on display as they end up playing together during the game.

The Stars' forward is among the league’s leaders in goals, but look for the speedster to be kept out of the goal column despite producing a number of chances throughout the course of the game.

2. Roberto Luongo Will Get the Win and Tweet About It

Look for the Panthers netminder to somehow or another end up with the “W” despite giving up at least one soft goal. A postgame snarky tweet from his officially unofficial twitter account @Strombone1 will surely be one of the NHL’s better social media moments of 2015.

1. Rick Nash Will Win the MVP

The former Jacket is having an amazing year for the Rangers and will continue his heater into his Columbus “homecoming”. Look for a huge game from Nash as the winger captures MVP honors and takes home a nice new car for his performance.
