The Toronto Maple Leafs jumped out to a 2-0 lead over the Washington Capitals in the first period of Game 1 in their Best-of-Seven Eastern Conference Playoff series.

That’s where enforcer Tom Wilson played unlikely hero and sent the Caps to a 1-0 series lead.
