PK Subban Guarantees Predators Will Win Game 3 of Stanley Cup Finals vs. Penguins

After most hockey aficionados would agree that the Nashville Predators outplayed the Pittsburgh Penguins for the majority of Games 1 and 2 on the road, many believe puck luck played a big role in them losing the opening two battles.

Count Preds defenseman PK Subban among those who have faith in Nashville bouncing back at home, as he offered this promise at the conclusion of Game 2.

And he doubled down on his ballsy guarantee the next day, reaffirming the notion that Nashville would hold serve at home and level the series beginning on Saturday.

Guaranteeing victory isn’t as common in the NHL as it is in many other sports, but this new development is certainly a welcomed additional storyline to follow as the series shifts to the Predators’ home building.

Pressure will be on Subban to make good on his promise.
