It’s widely known that NHL players have some serious leg strength, but just how much can be mind-boggling when it’s put to the test.
Take the Toronto Maple Leafs‘ third-highest point scorer last season, Nazem Kadri, for example, as he recently box jumped nearly as high as he is tall.

That type of explosion from the human body isn’t supposed to be possible in real life.
Though he’s turned into more of an agitator under head coach Mike Babcock, Kadri clearly has the athleticism to excel in any area of the ice.
