Following an incredible performance against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football, Eagles running back LeSean McCoy was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week.

McCoy rushed for 185 yards and two touchdowns on 30 carries, and caught two passes for 16 yards.

This marked the first time that he won the NFC Offensive Player of the Week award.

His 185 rushing yards were the sixth-highest single-season total in franchise history. He also became just the fourth player in league history to rush for at least 140 yards against the Dallas Cowboys in two games (joining Hall of Famers Jim Brown, Walter Payton, and John Riggins).

The offensive line for the Eagles was named the weekly winner of the Madden Protectors Award, given by John Madden. “The Eagles offensive line had a well balanced attack against the number one defense against the run,” Madden said.
