The New York Jets come to Lincoln Financial Field Sunday to take on the Birds in a late afternoon game. The odd-makers have the Jets has road favorites, laying three points against the Eagles. Surprisingly, the line sounds about right to me.
The Jets are 8-5 and are fighting for an AFC playoff spot. The Eagles would love to play the spoiler. The Jets have won three straight and are looking to use their momentum to get a win.
The Jets defense is extremely solid. They are good against the run and even better against the pass. Michael Vick will have to be sharp. LeSean McCoy will have to be shifty.
Mark Sanchez is having a underrated season. Here is what I expect: frustrated Eagles fans, poor secondary play by the Birds, Shonn Greene running for over 100 yards and Eagles turnovers.
