The Kevin Nash Mistake
I know some people were actually excited to see “Big Sexy” wander down the ramp and power bomb CM Punk at Summer Slam but I was not one of them. I am not a huge fan of old wrestlers but I get why the WWE did it. I also appreciated when they made the match between the two at Night of Champions. I thought it would cause a feud that pushed back the eventual Stone Cold vs McMahon match……I mean CM Punk vs HHH match. The feud between H and Punk is progressing way to fast and has peaked too quickly. It’s like the WWE doesn’t know how to let a storyline breath anymore.
Got off topic there. Let’s get back to my point. Recently the WWE decided the Nash vs Punk match was not going to happen at Night of Champions and switched it to Puck and H. So my question is, what was the point of bringing Nash back at all if you weren’t going to feud him. You now just wasted the time of all of your fans. You built this up get us excited about a match at your next PPV and then you pulled the rug out. Not very classy WWE. I had to sit through all those terrible Nash promos for nothing, great.
This Punk storyline had me excited to watch WWE shows again. The WWE is proving to me that is uncertain of not only how to run a show but of the future of the organization. This situation is a mess. You ruined the best line of the last five years. I really hope they are able to get back on track after NOC or I will be fast forwarding through promos again and just watching the wrestling.
