John Cena Could Prevent Chavo Guerrero From Ever Watching Wrestling Again
Recently Chavo Guerrero tweeted that if John Cena breaks Rick Flair’s record with 16 WWE Championships he will never watch prowrestling again. While Chavo Guerrero does come off like a 16 year old drama queen he does have a point. I too will be upset when John Cena breaks Rick Flair’s championship record. I say when because at this rate it should be only a few more months before Cena goes from 11 to 16.
I don’t mind someone breaking Flair’s record. Like they say, records are meant to be broken. The problem is it took Flair years and years and years to settle at the record while John Cena wins the title every other PPV. It’s just too much too fast. If they want to Cena to break the record they really need to slow down and take their time with it. Otherwise it’s going to happen very quickly and no one is going to notice or care but if they take that belt from Cena and don’t give it back for a while things could get interesting. If ten years down the road Cena is about three championship wins away from the record the WWE could really make things dramatic and interesting.
