Video: Brock Lesnar Interview on his Return to WWE
A taped interview of Brock Lesnar was aired last night on Monday Night Raw. Lesnar discusses his return to the WWE, and his dislike for John Cena. This video is filled with some great one-liners, and a few beeps…
I thought this promo/interview was right on the money. It keeps Lesnar in a setting where he can do multiple takes and get the interview portrayed the way WWE wants it. They are doing the right thing to keep him as a heel, who’s just trying to crush everyone, including the top dog in the company.
The video does a great job of telling Lesnar’s storied past. Love or hate the guy, no one, has ever done what he has, winning High School, College, WWE, and UFC titles.
A lot of people are asking if it’s too soon for Cena vs. Lesnar? I’m not one of them. There’s no way the match at Extreme Rules will be the last between these two. Why not milk it until SummerSlam? What fan is honestly going to be upset that Lesnar and Cena fight three times?
At this time, I’m predicting some shenanigans will go down in Chicago, either Lord Tensai, or Johnny Ace could get involved; or the match could end before it starts with an attack backstage. There are many different ways to keep this feud going for several months. It’s very unlikely we get a clean finish, but you never know. WWE has been surprising fans a lot lately, so I’m not going to rule it out.
