This Monday on WWE’s RAW, superstar Rusev crossed the line. During his segment when Big Show replaced his Russian flag with the stars and stripes, an American soldier ran into the ring only to be superkicked by the Bulgarian Brute, leaving him on the ground. Rusev has no idea about the trouble he has just gotten himself into. The 7-foot Big Show will certainly destroy him when he gets his hands on Rusev — and rightfully so.
This feud is now far past the traditional face vs. heel. When you mess with an American soldier you make it personal, which is what Rusev has done. The strength of our nation now lies in Big Show’s behemoth hands, and will not end well for Rusev. Big Show is still angry about his loses to Rusev and Rusev’s victory over Mark Henry. He will most certainly want revenge.
Big Show has already let the United States down multiple times in recent weeks, so this may be his last chance to defend his countries respect. He has shed tears for his country for the last time and will certainly look to deliver the beating of a lifetime as he shows Rusev his “dark places he’s never been too”.
Rusev has gone too far this time by attacking a soldier and Big Show seems to be the only one who can stop him. Having said that, I firmly believe Big Show will be the one to beat Rusev and stop him from disrespecting the country we all love. Originally, I was not confident in Big Show losing to Rusev, but after seeing the emotion and anger displayed, Rusev will indeed be destroyed.
Cheer for America as these two face off this Sunday at Hell in a Cell, which you can watch on the WWE Network for only $9.99 a month!
