At one point or another every wrestling fan has become a fantasy booker, and most decided to take the pretend book for WrestleMania. Every year fans come together with their perfect WrestleMania cards and this year will be no different. I might have gotten a jump start on some of you with my five dream matches that WWE should book for WrestleMania 31.

5. Triple H vs. The Rock

The goal behind WrestleMania is to make it the biggest event possible, to bring back old fans and make new ones all while trying to please their core audience. Nostalgia will strike the curiosity of the old fans with one of the better feuds from the Attitude Era, Triple H vs. The Rock. The younger audience might not remember this, but everyone loves The Rock, so with the right storyline this can and should be a home run.

4. Chris Jericho vs. Sami Zayn

There are plenty of factors that are standing in the way of this dream matchup, Chris Jericho has to be available to work the event and Sami Zayn needs to get called up to the main roster. Jericho is no stranger to working with the younger guys, even putting Fandango over at WrestleMania 29, but this match could be more than that. Wrestling fans lover to use the term passing the torch and this could actually be one of those moments.

3. Goldberg vs. Ryback

WWE has been trying to get Goldberg to do a WrestleMania appearance for some time and who better to face than the Big Guy, Ryback. There have been several comparisons between the two men since Skip Sheffield disappeared and Ryback emerged. If WWE can somehow convince Goldberg to work the event then we might have one of those “dream” scenarios take place.

2. Goldust vs. Cody Rhodes

We have been given hope that Goldust versus Cody Rhodes would eventually happen for some time. Originally it was just Twitter campaign started by Goldust himself; now it’s a dream match, at least it is to me. The brothers have been teaming up together for some time now, and with a split nowhere in sight it will be interesting to see if we have to wait even longer for the sons of a son of a plumber to square off.

1. Undertaker vs. Sting

I understand that the title match usually headlines WrestleMania, but but Undertaker versus Sting in my opinion should be the final match at this year’s WrestleMania. Taker continues to deliver every year, but it’s no secret that there isn’t much left in his tank and Sting continues to keep us guessing if he will wrestle in a WWE ring. To me there is no better way to give both men a sendoff than to main event this year’s Mania.
