Video: ‘We Didn’t Stop Tim Tebow’–the Latest Song About the Broncos Quarterback
Earlier this week, Denver Broncos fans honored Tim Tebow with their own version of Nicki Minaj’s Super Bass called Super Fan. Now, it appears Miami Dolphins fans have taken the same approach about the Broncos quarterback–only their song has more to do with not being able to contain Tebow in the final minutes of last Sunday’s game.
The folks at FinsNation.com created their own version of Billy Joel’s smash hit We Couldn’t Stop the Fire to describe their team’s performance against Tebow and the Broncos from Week 7 called We Didn’t Stop Tim Tebow. You’ll notice the song follows the same format as Joel’s song and these guys do an amazing job with getting a few laughs over a depressing subject–that is if you’re a Miami fan.
From Tebow’s poor performance over the first three quarters before rallying his team back from a 15-point deficit to the organizations disappointing draft picks over the last couple of years–these guys hit on just about everything that is frustrating about the Miami Dolphins and their 0-6 start to the 2011 season.
