Last year, EA Sports decided to change things up when deciding the cover of the popular Madden video game by holding a 32-player tournament in which fans voted for the player they wanted to see on the cover.
Cleveland Browns running back Peyton Hillis ended up winning the honors to appear on the cover of Madden 2012 after a breakout season in 2010. Obviously, it's safe to say that may have been a mistake as Hillis has been nothing but a disappointment this season and it's safe to say the folks at EA Sports will think twice about who earns the honors for the cover of Madden 2013.
With this in mind, there have been plenty of strong candidates from the 2011 season that deserve a shot at appearing on next year's cover for the hit EA Sports game. Here's a look at 10 players that should be considered for the cover of Madden 2013 next season.
