Anyone who witnessed the goal Chris Smalling scored against Hull City will agree, the Goal Decision System is a must have for all professional soccer leagues. In order for Liverpool to make a move up the Premier League table, they must start getting production from their strikers. Mario Balotelli, Rickie Lambert and Lazar Markovic must start contributing goals until Daniel Sturridge returns.
