2012 NFL Season Week 6: Looking at the Top Three Games

3. Green Bay Packers vs. Houston Texans

At the beginning of the season, this was expected to be one of the top regular season games, considering both teams were supposed to be strong contenders. While the Texans are off to a 5-0 start, the Packers have been one of the biggest surprises so far this season with a 2-3 record.

Green Bay is in desperate need of a win, but it certainly won’t be easy against one of the league’s top defenses.

2. New England Patriots vs. Seattle Seahawks

All of a sudden, the Patriots’ offense is playing at the high level we were expecting at the beginning of the season. After two straight wins, New England will have their hands full against one of the league’s rising defenses in Seattle.

The Seahawks managed to shut down Aaron Rodgers and company a few weeks ago–so there’s no reason why they can’t do the same to Tom Brady.

1. Denver Broncos vs. San Diego Chargers

One thing is certain about this key Monday Night Football match-up–one of these two teams will most likely end up winning the AFC West at the end of the season.

Football fans could not have asked for a better match-up on Monday as Peyton Manning squares off against Philip Rivers in this key division rival. Both teams are coming off disappointing losses in Week 5 and are anxious to bounce back as they realize this game could play a key factor in the final standings at the end of the regular season.
