Last week, Brent Musburger made headlines for his comments after the broadcaster was basically drooling over A.J. McCarron‘s girlfriend Katherine Webb during the 2013 National Championship game between the Alabama Crimson Tide and Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Now, it appears Musburger is making headlines once again during another broadcast–the only difference this time is it involves one of his coworkers.
During Monday’s basketball game between the Baylor Bears and Kansas Jayhawks, Musburger made a comment at the end of his broadcast in which he made a comment about how sideline reporter Holley Rowe “was really smoking.” With the comments made during the National Championship game, did Musburger really thing this would be a good idea considering how much he was criticized for what was said about Webb?
Musburger has been in the broadcasting game long enough to realize that the slightest comment can be turned into a huge controversy and it’s hard to imagine if his apology from last week regarding Webb was even from him considering the difference in timing between the two.
Hopefully, Musburger never considers making the switch to the NFL since there are plenty of star athletes with attractive wives and girlfriends that he would most likely love to discuss during the game. Tom Brady better be careful if Musburger ever finds himself in the NFL game–because we all know how much fun it is to look at his beautiful wife Gisele.
