LeBron James, in the NFL? Say WHAT?!
Washington Redskins legend Joe Theismann thinks LeBron has the skills to play quarterback in the NFL and wants to work with the Miami Heat star and act as his agent, saying that, that LeBron could serve another four years in the NBA andthen make the leap to the NFL.

But what does LeBron think of all of this? He says not only could he do it, but he’d be pretty good at it.
“I have the ability. I can see and read plays. I study a lot, so I know defenses and things of that nature. So I would have been pretty good if I had decided to go for it.”
But c’mon, what did you expect him to say?
LeBron did play quarterback as a freshman in high school before he switched to wide-receiver and earned an offer from Jim Tressel to play at Ohio State, but JV passer and pro signal caller are two completely different things.
And then you have the additional Michael Jordan comparison that would undoubtedly come with a league switch, and nobody wants that.
