Things are not well in Lincoln, Nebraska. A 2-0 start to the season quickly turned sour when the Cornhuskers were rolled at home in Week 3 by a UCLA team plagued by tragedy. Following the game, former Nebraska star quarterback Tommie Frazier blasted the program and current coach Bo Pelini didn’t take it kindly.
In response to Frazier saying Nebraska fans deserve better than what they’re getting, Pelini said the team doesn’t need the former signal-caller and that no one knows how hard the coach’s job is until they’ve done it. Well, that may be true, but audio was released from a rant by Pelini from 2011 and he has lost all respect of Nebraska’s officials.
The rant contains about two dozen f-bombs from Pelini, who blasted fair-weather fans, although he described them in a way that we can’t repeat here. But if you want the raw audio, Connor Muldowney posted it in our Clubhouse section. If you’re a Cornhuskers hater, you’ll love it. If you’re a Nebraska fan, you better steer clear of this one.
