Atlanta Braves outfielder Hector Olivera has been arrested after a dispute with a woman at the Ritz Carlton in Arlington, Va. The Braves are in the midst of a four-game series with the Washington Nationals.

According to reports, the woman called 911 at 6:51 a.m. ET on Wednesday morning to say she had been assaulted. She had bruises on her body and was transported to Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington. Olivera was then taken into police custody.
Olivera is currently being processed at the Arlington Police Department although he has yet to be charged.
The two know each other, but it’s unclear how.
The 31-year-old Olivera is currently hitting .211 with a .238 OBP, zero home runs and two RBIs. He did not play in the Braves’ 2-1 loss to the Nationals on Tuesday night.
